Provide onsite Primavera Infrastructure Assessment workshops that will be held between representatives of your company and the Prescience Technology Team around the Primavera suite in order to document the outcomes from discussions and decisions arising around the following topics:

  • Current key pressing issues, for example: system performance, unexpected system behaviour and unwanted downtime.
  • Review of technical infrastructure currently used
  • Future growth plans
  • Business requirements moving forward on the Primavera front

The findings and recommendations from the Prescience Technology Team will be discussed with your representative team to ensure that the Primavera infrastructure within your company is capable of supporting business needs now and moving forward.


The following enhancements will be addressed by the assessment;

Where new functionality is optional, the assessment will be done to the extent of whether the new functionality of Primavera P6 EPPM Release 15.2 will be deployed and if so, the broad technical and functional changes required.

  • Review your current technical environment and assess suitability of the latest release of Primavera.
  • Migration roadmap (migration of existing database vs creation of new database)
  • A document that summarises the changes required to your current environment infrastructure with respect to the new options, features and changes to functionality, technical deployment and any licensing and training implications for the Primavera upgrade.
